We work with a number of different types of companies ranging from start-ups to established companies including mass market retail brands, to direct to consumer companies. Most of our clients are looking to add new product innovation to their brand portfolio with our patent-pending carbonated popping crystal technology.
What types of products or ingredients are you able to create utilizing carbonated crystal technology™?
We can create a wide range of products including numerous bioactive ingredients which include vitamins, minerals, nutraceuticals and plant extracts. Typically, if an ingredient or formula is able to be effectively delivered in powder form, we can engineer a carbonated popping crystal version.
Do you offer stock and custom formulas?
Yes, we offer a variety of stock formulas for private label in all popular categories for immunity, energy, weight loss, focus, brain health, beauty, sleep, relaxation, digestive health and more. Custom formulations can be developed for a nominal new product development fee.
Can I visit your facility?
Yes, tours are available for qualified prospects and must be scheduled at least 2-4 weeks in advance.
Are you registered with the FDA?
We are an FDA registered facility and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in accordance with 21 CFR 111 and BRC Certified guidelines.
What is the process in creating a custom formula? Do you have stock formulas?
We assess the desired product concept, target demographic and distribution outlet to determine the best approach for the client. We have a team of in-house chemists and nutritional scientists that can help with formulations tailored to our clients’ needs to produce a fun and effective product featuring Popping Crystal Delivery™.
What percentage of active ingredient can go in a serving?
It can vary depending on the active ingredients, but we usually target 10-25%.
What packaging options does PFHIX offer?
We can provide sachets or vials in many different serving size options and packaging from 12 count POP displays to 30 count sachet boxes.
Do you have an MOQ (Minimum order quantity)?
MOQ’s typically start at 60,000 vials or 150,000 sachets. But it's on a case to case basis.
How long will it take for my order to be completed once I place a purchase order?
Depending on volume, typically 8-12 weeks.
